I'm sorry to say I'm not the one that's suppose to resolve it, I observed something and I made a complain.... The best solution here is for you to call and confirm who is actually swapping the pumping machine and tell them to fix the bad one than swapping it.... Now the other machine is bad, if the two goes bad now there won't join us in fixing it but they can swap it .
